Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using rekko.ai, including the Rekko AI API, dashboard, MCP tools, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the site or services.

Description of Service

rekko.ai provides AI-powered prediction market intelligence through multiple channels: a REST API, MCP tool server, Claude/Cowork skill integration, short-form video content, and a developer dashboard. The platform covers prediction markets including Polymarket, Kalshi, and Robinhood, offering market data, AI analysis, trading signals, arbitrage detection, and execution guidance.

Content on rekko.ai should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or participate in any prediction market, financial instrument, or investment product.

You should always consult a qualified financial professional before making any financial decisions. Past analysis does not guarantee future results. Prediction markets carry inherent risk, and you could lose some or all of your capital.

rekko.ai is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. We do not provide personalized financial recommendations and are not licensed to do so.

TikTok Integration

rekko.ai integrates with TikTok's Content Posting API to enable creators to publish video content directly to their TikTok accounts. This integration works as follows:

  • Creators authorize rekko.ai to post on their behalf via TikTok's OAuth 2.0 flow (Login Kit). Authorization can be revoked at any time through TikTok's account settings.
  • Before publishing, creators preview the video content and configure privacy level, interaction settings (comments, duets, stitches), and content disclosures.
  • All AI-generated content is labeled with TikTok's AIGC (AI-Generated Content) disclosure as required by TikTok's platform policies.
  • Video files are uploaded directly to TikTok's servers via the Content Posting API. rekko.ai does not store copies of uploaded videos on third-party servers.
  • Creators retain full control over their published content through TikTok's native tools and can edit or remove posts at any time.

API Access and Usage

The Rekko AI API is available at api.rekko.ai. Access requires authentication via an API key obtained through self-service signup at rekko.ai/signup, through RapidAPI, or via x402 per-call payment.

API Keys

  • API keys are confidential credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your key and all activity that occurs under it.
  • Do not share, publish, or embed API keys in client-side code, public repositories, or browser-accessible locations.
  • If you believe your key has been compromised, rotate it immediately via the dashboard at rekko.ai/dashboard.
  • We reserve the right to revoke any API key that is misused, shared publicly, or used in violation of these Terms.

Rate Limits and Quotas

API usage is subject to rate limits and monthly quotas that vary by plan:

  • Free: 30 requests/minute, 100 market data calls and 10 analysis calls per month, no access to strategy or deep endpoints.
  • Pro ($49/month): 120 requests/minute, 10,000 market data, 500 analysis, 50 strategy, and 10 deep calls per month. Overage billed at per-call rates.
  • Enterprise: Custom limits negotiated per agreement.

Exceeding rate limits returns HTTP 429. Exceeding monthly quotas on the Free plan returns HTTP 429 with an upgrade prompt. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits and quotas with reasonable notice.

Acceptable Use

When using the API, you agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense API access or data to third parties without written permission
  • Use the API to build a competing prediction market intelligence service
  • Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or authentication mechanisms
  • Send automated requests designed to degrade service performance
  • Use the API to facilitate market manipulation, wash trading, or any activity that violates applicable laws or the rules of prediction market platforms
  • Store or cache API responses for longer than 24 hours without refreshing, except for your own historical records

Billing and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and view invoices through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Service Availability

The API is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA for Free or Pro plans. Enterprise plans may include SLA terms. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the API that could temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

AI-Generated Content

All video content produced by rekko.ai is generated using artificial intelligence models. This includes voiceover scripts, visual assets, data visualizations, and analysis narratives. Content is labeled as AI-generated when published to TikTok in compliance with platform policies.

Intellectual Property

All content on rekko.ai — including video scripts, analysis, visual assets, thumbnails, and branding — is the intellectual property of rekko.ai. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or republished without prior written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the site, API, or services or interfere with their normal operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, API, or its systems
  • Use content or API data in any way that implies endorsement by rekko.ai
  • Redistribute content or API data commercially without express written permission
  • Use automated systems to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the site outside of the documented API
  • Create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage quotas

Third-Party Links and Services

The site contains links to third-party platforms including TikTok, Polymarket, Kalshi, and Robinhood. rekko.ai is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of these third-party platforms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, reliable, or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rekko.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses arising from reliance on content published on this site or data provided through the API. This includes, without limitation, losses from trades placed based on API signals, analysis, or recommendations. Your use of the site, API, and all content is entirely at your own risk.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the API shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
